Stay rules:

  • Aged 4 and above count as 1 person
  • Extra 2 kids 3 years and below get a free stay
  • Strictly 4 people allowed. You are denied to enter if more.
  • Check in: 2.00 pm
  • Check out: 12.00 pm
  • Pet is allowed, but please put leash at all times

Safety rules:

  • Anyone with these comorbidity are forbidden to be a guest ie severe asthmatic, heart problem & osteoporosis

Cleaning rules:

  • You leave the site in a clean, including washbasin, food waste, and cleaning BBQ if you use it. All trash must bring back when checking out.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in writing (via email).

For cancellations request made 14 days before arrival, the booking fund will be refunded with a 30% cancellation fee from the total bill.

No cancellation or changes is allowed from 0 hours to 13 days before arrival. You are allowed to rebook a new date subject to the vacant date on the new request with additional fee RM100 is been charged.
